“No peanut” Peanut Sauce

Peanut sauce is a favorite sauce that is most commonly used for dipping spring rolls but I love to use it on everything, from salad dressing to dipping sauce for veggies on a party plater. I took out all the high inflammatory ingredients and gave this sauce a lectin-free make over.

INGREDIENTS

Here’s the goodies you need to make “No Peanut” Peanut Sauce.

  • 1/4 c rice vinegar

  • 4 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 3 tbsp almond butter powder

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Here’s what you need to make “No Peanut” Peanut Sauce at home.

  1. In a glass measuring cup-pour the rice vinegar, coconut aminos

  2. Add the powdered almond butter 1 tbsp at a time, use a fork to vigorously blend between each addition to remove the lumps

  3. Add the sesame oil and stir until well blended
